Product Description:

This strain is ideal for producing Scotch and single malt Whiskies.  It produces high concentrations of fermentation related aroma compounds which compliments barrel ageing.

Recommended for: 

Single grain fermentations

Dosage

• For fermentations smaller than 100L: 1 gram per 1L
• For fermentations larger than 100L: 40 – 60 grams per 100L
